With regular tennis cancelled we're going to keep MOVING. Do daily activities with us! Mega-movers can begin by repeating earlier activities!
Get moving and grooving (yeah, yeah... that's so corny) with our Lockdown 2.0 Daily Tennis Movers! Mega-movers should do all of the earlier exercises too and create a super work-out!
- 3 sets of 30 sideways bunny hops over a racket
- 3 sets of 30 forwards bunny hops over a racket
- 2 sets of 60 seconds of TENNIS FEET
- 2 sets of 60 seconds of FAST FEET
- 3 sets of 20 seconds (count slowly to 20) LOW LUNGES per side
- Hold a regular plank for 60 seconds
- Hold a side-ways plank for 30 seconds.
