Questions Frequently Asked (FAQs)

Why isn't Tennis 24/7 free?

We're really glad you asked this question because it lets us address something that is core to our values - that is that we believe strongly in paying our team members fairly and appropriately for the hours that they work. We hope you can see that the training, resources and information (not to mention the up-keep of the website itself) all take time from our people and we pay them for that time.

So, there it is. That's why we can't give this all away. We are committed to providing only high quality resources and it wouldn't be fair to ask our team to do that for free. We hope you understand.

Can I get the videos from Tennis 24/7 free on YouTube?

Possibly. Seriously, we can't say that you definitely can't. Someone could be illegally loading up our content (please let us know if you see that).

However, we can (and do) promise that the videos, tips, training and conference footage that we publish for members only are filmed exclusively for Tennis 24/7. We don't put them up on YouTube - that wouldn't be fair would it? We are an ethical group of people and we don't think it would be right to ask you to pay for something we are giving away on YouTube. We have a YouTube channel and do release some short trailers of our videos, but not the whole clip.

Lastly, we will just remind you that Tennis 24/7 has much, much more than videos. Much more. Take a look out our membership page to get more information about the full range of membership features.

Isn't there a load of other free content on the internet and YouTube?

The world wide web is a marvellous thing. It's huge - apparently there are at least 5.67 billion pages. Not all of those relate to tennis, but a lot do. The other great thing about the internet is that anyone - literally anyone - can, within the laws of their land, publish material. While not everything is available for free, there is still a lot of free content for you to access.

Sadly, a lot of those people aren't actually qualified to provide the advice or information that they are publishing. Sometimes they also just make stuff up (lies). It can also be very difficult, not to mention time consuming, to find the good stuff amongst the 5.67 billion pages. Then, if you really liked it, you have to find it again. We hope you're beginning to see the problem.

What we provide is a single place where you can find a lot of different tennis content (videos, articles, guides) in one place that you can rely on to be provided by qualified, professional coaches and individuals from within the tennis community.

Is Tennis 24/7 global?

Absolutely. In addition to being UK’s leading provider of level 1 and 2 coach education and a leading provider of level 3 and 4 qualifications, i2c have also worked extensively with tennis federations around the world too. That includes ongoing relationships and training programmes with tennis federations in Finland and Abu Dhabi.

So their knowledge is truly global.

Is your content better than other content and videos (free or for sale) out there?

Naturally, we want to say YES! We certainly try our hardest to make it so. But there are other exceptional people around the world who provide content. They are experts in single fields.

However, Tennis 24/7 is uniquely fortunate that i2c, the team that supports Tennis 24/7 and provide a lot of content, have not only an extraordinary amount of experience - but they are also experienced across many areas of tennis. Did you know that i2c are the UK’s leading provider of level 1 and 2 coach education and a leading provider of level 3 and 4 qualifications. i2c also manage the coaching programmes at over 30 venues and coach 1000's of players?

i2c have also worked extensively with tennis federations around the world too. So their knowledge is truly global.
